I would like to place on record my great satisfaction for the work you did earlier this week. New boiler and mag filter, new circulation pump, new valves, new air release, new shut off valve and minor alterations to the pipework and siting of valves, followed by a full and very successful system flush. Marcus and Zach, the team who attended, carried out the work with the minimum of disturbance and with care to my property.
They worked efficiently and professionally, and I was confident to leave them to the work. They were personable, courteous and friendly at all times, and it was a pleasure to work with them. At no time did I feel inconvenienced.
I was delighted that the majority of the work was completed on the first day, enabling us to check the system and run it through the night to settle it down. The remainder of the work was completed the following day whilst they carried out a much needed and extremely successful full system flush.
One radiator which has been effectively dead for a while is now functioning perfectly, another which had become sluggish is also working correctly, and of course, now with a more efficient and clean system, I’ve been able to turn down the radiators which I’d gradually been adjusting to compensate for an ageing system!
I would also like to thank you for registering the boiler on my behalf.
All in all I’m delighted with an excellent result, which was achieved to time and to budget, and which actually exceeded my expectations (I had doubts about the dead radiator, as Zach will testify!)
My thanks to you all at WPS for this work and especially to Marcus and Zach who created such a good atmosphere whilst doing a very successful, professional and tidy job.

I’m pleased to report that the power flush worked (in the sense that it seems to have got the system back to the state it was in previous years!) It’s nice to be working from a warm room for a change! Marcus mentioned he’s only been working for WPS for six months or so. I just wanted to feedback that he did a brilliant job, was very polite, hard working and had a great ‘bedside manner’. Thank you.

Thank you for the superior work, your workman was very respectful of my property, he used cover sheets throughout the house, he cleaned up after himself all the time and left our flat clean, removing all of his rubbish. He was respectful in that the meals he ordered were eaten either in his van or outside my door, (not in my house). I would like you to pass my appreciation to him please and buy him a coffee on me.

Shower leaking where I removed the shower cartridge and have shut off the water for the whole house. I cannot see an isolating valve. WPS’s response from the photos I sent in was amazing I did have shut off valves on the shower and gave instructions to shut off the isolating valves by the shower. Your technician was right and is now my favourite technician of all time. Beer tokens are due as the immediate threat of separation may now have passed, we have mains back on and can wash, flush and shower again (elsewhere).

What I have now is a modern kitchen, bright with clean lines, excellent lighting, many power outlets, no clutter and easy to use; after many years of the old layout I’ve got used to the new arrangements extremely quickly and everything is easy to find and use, which surely indicates that your vision and design was excellent. The storage is just right, convenient and everything just works and gels so well. I’m determined not to let it get cluttered again!

THANK YOU WPS!! We used WPS Plumbers to install a wet shower in our en suite bathroom due to my husband’s disability. As we knew there would be major disruption and dust my husband went into respite whilst the work was being done and WPS were extremely accommodating with dates and stuck to the exact timetable we had discussed. It was not a straightforward job but we were given every confidence that a good job would be done and we are absolutely delighted with the results.
