Plumbing and Heating

No call out charge.

We charge £95.00 + VAT per hour (£114.00 incl. VAT) and this is our minimum charge. After the first hour on site, we charge by the half hour at £45.00 + VAT (£54.00 incl. VAT).

If we need to order a part and return another day, we charge for the second return visit at our minimum charge of £95.00 + VAT (£114.00 incl. VAT).

Completed works will be paid in full to the installer/engineer upon completion by cash, cheque, credit or debit card.

All our installation work is guaranteed for 12 months. All materials carry a minimum of a 12 month manufacturers guarantee.

Drainage

Drainage works carried out by our specialist drainage team will be charged at different rates depending upon work involved. Prices start from £130.00 + VAT (£156.00 incl. VAT).
