What do we collect and how do we use this information?
Information is only collected when you contact us via our feedback form, email or telephone and will include some related personal details including your name and email address plus any comments you may volunteer.
We would only contact you by email, telephone, SMS or letter to advise you of a service that may be beneficial to you and/or you have expressed interest in in the past.
We may post your comments about our services on our feedback page. If you do not wish to have your comments posted on our website or social media please indicate your desire not to be included by contacting us in the comments section of our website or advise the office by email or during the telephone call.
By providing feedback, it helps us to develop and improve our services to clients.
Passing your information on
We may allow other people and organisations to use your information. Why?

Right to Erasure

In the event that you request your data to be deleted from our systems, please be aware that we will remove your data wherever we can, but we cannot guarantee full erasure of all your data due to legal regulations and type of technologies used it may not be practical, but we do not keep information for longer than legally required.

We always endeavour to provide the best service and products for our customers. However, on rare occasions, we recognise that there may be times where our customers may not be completely satisfied.
To ensure we are able to put things rights as soon as we can, please read our complaints procedure below and we will respond promptly to ensure complete satisfaction.
As soon as possible after the completion of the works, please inspect the work to ensure everything has been carried out to our usual high standards.

We aim to respond within 5 days of receiving your complaint and where possible, will provide you with a date to remedy any issues raised.
Where we are cannot resolve your complaint using our own complaints procedure, as a Which? Trusted trader we use Dispute Resolution Ombudsman for dispute resolution.
